DEFINITION

Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Childcare service, Party, Subscription, Event or Activity organised and operated through any member of R.B.Coaching Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it. The T&C's are in place to protect the business financially and all its connected subcontractors . Once you have registered through the class4kids site you have agreed to these T&C's unconditionally.

ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

You will need to keep your account name and password confidential. You will need to notify us straightaway of any unauthorised use of your account.

NOTICE PERIOD/CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

All bookings are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us at (Kieran.dunbar@rbcoaching.academy). If a cancellation is made between the first (1st) and the tenth (10th) of the month this will incur no other charge than that current monthly payment. All cancellations after the tenth (10th) of the month will incur the next month’s payment as a "Notice Period". The child can take part in the Activity during these notice periods. If you Cannot attend the notice period sessions , you can use the payment as credit for any other month within the RB Coaching 22/23 season.

BOOKINGS

Bookings for all activities must be made in advance. By booking a place for your child on any Activity with R.B. Coaching Ltd you accept these Terms and Conditions. R.B. Coaching Ltd offers an online booking service, once the booking has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by R.B. Coaching Ltd you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Re-booking reminder emails will be sent once the course is completed. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions which are hereby incorporated.

Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on an R.B. Coaching Ltd Activity. For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY Activity to those booking in advance. Those that arrive on the day without having made payment prior to the course will NOT BE ALLOWED to take part in the Activity until payment has been made.

Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the Activity and meets the conditions for such Activity as listed. R.B. Coaching Ltd will NOT issue any refunds due to circumstances beyond our control.

Each module contains 4+ Hours of lessons at your venue or a closely neutral venue. your monthly fee covers all lessons in the month and any parent workshops or podcasts . if you only attend 1,2 or 3 lessons in the month , no refund will be issued out for the missed sessions and your child cannot make the sessions back up in another month , module or any activity supplied by R.B. Coaching ltd or its sister company The Football Playground Ltd. If you know in advance you will miss a session(s) please let us know and you can attend a different centre to make sure you are up tp date with your 4 allocated sessions in the month.

R.B. Coaching Ltd's minimum subscription stay is for 3 months and if a child wants to leave during this time payment will be taken for those 3 months in full.

PAUSING SUBSCRIPTION

Memberships will only be paused

-if a child has a severe injury or any other serious long term medical problems (evidence of a doctors note is required)

-if they are trialling with an Official Category 1-4 Professional Academy . (this does not include any shadow squads , development centres or any other additional coaching services linked to a club) and the sessions effect their regular training night .

-In the event of another pandemic lockdown (should you wish not to partake in any online content

R.B. Coaching Ltd yearly terms runs from October to September the following year. Once the term finishes children are allowed to leave without a notice period.

SWAPPING VENUE

If your child would like to swap venues short term (if they cant make a one off week etc) or permanently please email Kieran.dunbar@rbcoaching.aademy and we can aid the transfer process for you.

PAYMENT

R.B. Coaching Ltd accepts credit/debit card through STRIPE as method of payment via our Class4kids booking system. Payments will be charged to you on the 1st of every month and arrive to R.B.Coaching on the 7th of each month. If your payment fails the system will automatically try and take the payment manually another 3 times at different dates. If no payment is received after this a member of the team will be in touch to help you in the matter.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

Discounts are available when booking for additional siblings on any Activity. (25% off)Please note we will alter the payment price at the master end of the system so you don't have too.

CHILD PROTECTION

All R.B. Coaching Ltd staff hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request to R.B. Coaching Ltd.

FILM/PHOTOGRAPHY

R.B. Coaching Ltd may from time to time take photographs/film of any of R.B. Coaching Ltd activity, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising R.B. Coaching Ltd activities through our literature, website, social media platforms (Facebook, twitter) press and TV.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make R.B. Coaching Ltd aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the Activity starts (where possible R.B. Coaching Ltd will inform parents/guardians at the start of an Activity). If you change your mind you can ask for a photo to be removed anytime by contacting Kieran.dunbar@rbcoaching.academy

R.B. Coaching Ltd will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be requested. We will remind you to update every 2 years via email.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

R.B. Coaching Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a R.B. Coaching Ltd activity. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.

R.B. Coaching Ltd will request a reasonable cost of repairing or replacing a piece of equipment if a child is found to be responsible for causing damage or the equipment going missing which has been provided for the Activity.

HEALTH & SAFETY

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. R.B. Coaching Ltd staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for R.B. Coaching Ltd staff to administer any and all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a R.B. Coaching Ltd activity which involves, for example, football, futsal or another contact sport.

R.B. Coaching Ltd reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions.

R.B. Coaching Ltd will NOT be held responsible for any loss or injury whilst attending a R.B. Coaching Ltd activity.

R.B. Coaching Ltd reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child who has or had any form of illness . R.B. Coaching Ltd requests parents to refrain from bringing your child to class if this is the case. R.B. Coaching Ltd cannot be held responsible if a child cannot attend our sessions through illness or injury but will if reasonable or available provide an alternative venue to attend. If your child is injured and cannot physically take part in the session we still encourage attendance as they can still learn nd assist in the coaches delivery.

R.B. Coaching Ltd reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

We need to know about any medical conditions of your child in case of an incidents whilst in our care. Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking in writing to R.B. Coaching Ltd at registration and (2) to the lead coach on the activity or at the venue.

LIABILITY

R.B. Coaching Ltd has Public Liability insurance and professional indemnity cover with cover provided by Insure4sport. Other than in relation to death, personal injury, or property damage, where R.B. Coaching Ltd or its staff is proven to be negligent, R.B. Coaching Ltd liability to you is limited to the booking fee paid by you.

PROGRAMME CHANGES

All information is correct at the time of printing and publishing. Please check details on our web site before you book. In the event that R.B. Coaching Ltd has to cancel an activity for any reason (inclement weather, venue safety reasons, unavoidable extraordinary circumstances etc), alternative provisions to stage the activity either via an online zoom class , A double session (back to back hours) or an alternative venue (at the same or different time) will be arranged and confirmed to all via your communication channels . RB Coaching Ltd will not be liable if you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time or venue and NO refund will be issued.

The 8to1 (player coach ratio) will be abided too as much as possible - However in the very rare occasion a member of the coaching team cannot attend the session at late notice (eg Car breaks down / illness) We may have to increase the ratio of players to coach to accommodate this unexpected change.

Players will be grouped on age / ability and in the best interests of the players technical performance and confidence. I agree to trust the coaches in their judgements .

FORCE MAJEURE

In an event beyond our control R.B. Coaching Ltd will make all efforts to continue their program within reason but will appropriately deal with and may make decisions which effect their customers and the service they provide. Upon completion of the force majeure event R.B. Coaching Ltd must as soon as reasonably practicable recommence its programme under our terms and conditions. R.B. Coaching must provide a revised programme rescheduling its service to minimise the effects of the prevention or delay caused by the event of force majeure.

COVID

1. if a child has a positive case of Covid they shall not be allowed to attend a practical class. The parent/guardian will make the sensible decision of when they see the child fit to return to action. Unfortunately we cannot offer any catch up sessions or credits in this instance .
2. If a child is showing symptoms - it is at the parents discretion whether they bring the child or not.
3. If in the event of a local/national/government enforced lockdown . Our Practical programme will be suspended , memberships will automatically be changed to 50% fee, and an online zoom based programme will replace the normal schedule. (players will be subjected to 1 hour worth of content a week) *notice period for closing down account will still apply)

LEAVING AN ACTIVITY

Any child that is collected must be collected by a parent or guardian. Each child will be released by R.B. Coaching Ltd staff once the child acknowledges the parent or guardian. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any activity will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the Activity. Parents must stay on site to helped injury and toilet runs.

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the head coach at the activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.

If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please write to our customer services team Kieran.dunbar@rbcoaching.academy within 7 days of child’s attendance on the activity.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

INFORMATION

The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and R.B. Coaching Ltd.

By booking an activity with R.B. coaching Ltd you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.

If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

LINKED SITES

If, from our web site, you click on any links to another website you understand that it is independent from R.B. Coaching Ltd and that we have no control over the content or availability of that website.

No Linking to or Extraction of Data or Other Information from R.B. Coaching Ltd Site

Any linking to, deep linking to, or extraction from the R.B. Coaching Ltd website without the written consent of R.B. Coaching Ltd in hard copy with original signature by the owner of R.B. Coaching Ltd is strictly prohibited.

AVAILABILITY OF OUR WEBSITE, ERRORS AND VIRUSES

We will use all reasonable endeavours to make our website available at all times but cannot guarantee that our website will operate without interruptions. We will use all reasonable care to ensure that our website is error free and that the website and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms but this cannot be guaranteed in circumstances beyond our reasonable control. R.B. Coaching Ltd can accept no liability for our website’s unavailability or any errors or viruses that it can contain.

You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other internet-connected device owned, controlled or used by R.B.
