This class is covered by a regular payment every month.

The monthly fee entitles the player to attend all available sessions within the month at their chosen venue including any additional services we may offer as part of the academy package (eg Parent education / online workshops)

Your monthly fee usually covers 4 RB Coaching evening academy sessions per month. It does not cover you for any RB Coaching 'In the community' activity , 1to1s ,futsal sessions or any other bonus classes we put on.


payment will be taken on the 1st of every month via electronic transfer- if the payment has failed - the system will try and take payment several times across the next 7 days -you will receive automatic emails via the system advising you the next steps if this continues to be a problem. Please note the Childs place will be given up should payment not be resolved in the month.

If your child has joined a programme in the middle of a module after their taster period (after the 1st of the month) , a covering payment will automatically be issued at the next payment date to cover the part membership fee from the previous month. Eg - Their trial finishes on the 5th of the month and you set up your payment details . We will add a covering payment which covers your membership between the 5th and the 1st of the next month, This will the get added on to your first direct debit amount.

If you wish to leave one of our programmes:
There is a 3 month minimum stay.

After your 3 months if you would like to exit the programme- please notify us before the 10th of each month . failure to do so will mean you will be charged the next months fee and begin serving your active notice period. Any cancellations before the 10th of each month this will mean your membership will expire at the end of the current month. (all explained in your terms and conditions)

Please note - you cannot Cancel your payments through your class4kids account - you will need to email us

Need to knows ???
Is it PAYG ? No.
Is there sibling discount? - yes 25% (please contact Ryan once signed up to process this)

It works in the same way a gym membership works - don’t attend , payment is the same. We expect minimum 75% attendance. If you need to switch to a different centre for the week - message us and we can arrange that.


Can I carry session over into the next month - no!
What if my child is injured ? We still expect attendance as they can shadow the coaches .
If my child has a serious injury or illness - please contact us.

Can we pause your subscription? Only for serious illness /injury (holidays are exempt.)


My child is on trial with a professional Academy team? If the trial effects their usual training day with us - yes we can pause.
(please note this does not apply if its a development centre, shadow squad , MJPL , JPL team - this falls outside the remit of a professional club)
