Revoltion Training have ana amazing local reputation as industry leaders in Circuit training / HIIT classes (check them out on Social Media ) A Qualified instructor will lead the players around a Multi station circuit which will mirror some of the exercises Cristiano Ronaldo does to achieve his physique , speed , power , balance and core stability . This session can also include Parents should they wish to join in . It is a great chance to bond physically and exercise together . Limited spaces available .
